All your data including orders, wallet balance, reviews, and personal information will be
permanently removed from our systems.
What Will Be Deleted
When your account is deleted, the following data will be permanently removed:
- Your name, email, phone number, and profile picture
- Saved addresses and payment methods
- Order history and purchase records
- Wallet balance and transaction history
- Investment portfolio and records
- Product listings (for sellers)
- Reviews and ratings you submitted
- Chat messages and conversations
- Push notification preferences
âšī¸ Note: Some anonymized transaction data may be retained for up to
90 days for legal, accounting, and fraud prevention purposes as required
by applicable law. This data will not be linked to your identity.
Option 1 â Delete From the App
The fastest way to delete your account is directly from the Mine Mine app:
- Open the Mine Mine app on your device
- Tap the Profile tab at the bottom
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page
- Tap "Delete Account" (outlined red button)
- Read the confirmation message carefully
- Tap "Delete Permanently" to confirm
- You will be logged out and your account will be deleted immediately
